How to move a tree site

When checking data back in from the field you may notice some trees locations are in need of adjustment. The following instructions will walk you through moving the location of a tree site.

1. Once logged-in to your TreeWorks toolbar click the ‘Move a Tree Site’ icon.

2. After identifying the specific tree you wish to move on the map simply left click on the tree. While holding the button down, “drag and drop” your tree into its correct location.

3. Success! Our tree site has now been moved into its correct location on the map and the accompanying geographic data has been amended in the TreeWorks database.
