TreeWorks is compaitable ArcGIS 9.2 Service Pack 4 and above. When upgrading ArcGIS on a PC running TreeWorks, first uninstall TreeWorks before moving forward with the ArcGIS update.

1. Start Menu >  Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Remove TreeWorks 10

2. Follow the ArcGIS upgrade instructions

3. Reinstall TreeWorks
