To Participate in the research and analysis of system application needs and problems
for users; to provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information
to customers regarding the use of software applications; and act as a liaison with
customers regarding the status of their requests.
Requirements
ˇ
Bachelors degree in related field
ˇ
Minimum 2 years experience in technical support
and customer service
ˇ
Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written
ˇ
Strong computer applications skills(Windows,
Open Office or MS Office, Internet applications and solutions)
ˇ
Ability to calculate figures, multi-task, and solve problems
